Shipping
Orders are shipped using one of three common carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you have a preference, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Processing Time:
- Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, but some orders may take up to 6 business days to make and process.
- Flat rate shipping is the default option and may take 3-10 business days after shipment to reach the East Coast.
- Any perishable items will be sent using the fastest shipping option.
Collect/Custom Shipping:
- If you have negotiated rates with a carrier or prefer to use your own shipping account, please inform us before placing your order.
- We can refund your shipping charges entirely, or you can email a list of the items you would like to purchase to [email protected], and a custom order will be provided for you.
